Speedtest looks great with minimal latency impact, much of which is expected from any VPN.

Long time customer and great customer service! I’ve been using Surfshark for a while now and love the simplicity of the app yet robust features. I do wish there was port forwarding allowed but their customer service is second to none! I had a problem with a compromised account and Klara from customer support was able to get me access back to my account. She was very helpful when I couldn’t find the answer in the help center. The price is phenomenal as well! Definitely a long term customer here

Great support I had decided to purchase the Surfsahr One+ subscription as the Incogni feature sounded great. Unfortunately this feature is not available in my country so I had requested a refund. I spoke via live chat with Tommy who was a massive help, they helped me with issuing a refund, advised the time frames that it would take for the money to come back to me and they also provided me with a link to get the subscription I wanted at an even lower price that what was there currently.
