Great customer service My account had auto-renewed although I had sent an email to question the price. I sent it to the wrong email address however, which was picked up by Winston. After a very smooth shift change the next customer service agent Elara was very understanding, and extended my subscription, which was very much appreciated. IPV6 Protokoll I had a problem and a Mr. Marcus Rodriguez helped me out. I installed Surfshark on a second computer. On this computer I access via remote and manage Samba sharing. My network worked without VPN. As soon as I activated VPN Surfshake, it stopped working. With Marcus Rodriguez we were able to find out that it was the ipv6 protocol and I had to disable it. Since then, everything has worked as usual. Thank you very much!

Super fast and super helpful I am a new customer of Surfshark and I had a few questions regarding the configuration and setup of their product. The agent was very helpful and provided quick and easy-to-follow instructions. I was able to get their service up and running on my router in no time at all! Speedtest looks great with minimal latency impact, much of which is expected from any VPN.
