GBSCAM!! Purchased a subscription with 7 day free trial through Apple Store and charged me for the full amount (£44.99) straight away! Cancelled my subscription straight away and contacted customer service who ACKNOWLEDGED that an error had been made but won’t refund me because apparently Apple handles refunds. They have a bloody 30-day refund policy but they wouldn’t refund me! Had no luck with Apple either. Absolutely DISGUSTING. £44.99 down the drain. Avoid buying their service if you want don’t want to get robbed.

GBGreat customer service My account had auto-renewed although I had sent an email to question the price. I sent it to the wrong email address however, which was picked up by Winston. After a very smooth shift change the next customer service agent Elara was very understanding, and extended my subscription, which was very much appreciated. This is great customer service, and will most probably keep me a customer for longer! Thanks!
