Great customer service My account had auto-renewed although I had sent an email to question the price. I sent it to the wrong email address however, which was picked up by Winston. After a very smooth shift change the next customer service agent Elara was very understanding, and extended my subscription, which was very much appreciated. Marcus Rodriguez helped me with a smaller issue, and answered all my more or less stupid questions!! :) He was brilliant! but.... the chat should be connected to my account since i'm logged in - i lost the chat when i accidentally refreshed the browser.
