GBwindows 10 pro The edition of windows on my computer wasn't clear to me and caused the initial issue of the product key not working. The CS rep worked thru the issue and solved it. Also, when he suggested that i reboot, the key and the windows version updated and brought everything on line. Obviously, his experience was key to my installation success and limiting the amount of time i spent getting it working.

Purchased a Windows Pro upgrade to my old Windows 10 Home and ran into an issue getting the license key to work. Contacted Support and they walked me through the issue and resolved it quickly.
