I ordered a Windows version, the activation key didn't work at first, so I used their onsite chat and the rep told me what to do, I called Microsoft automation and went through the easy prompts and VIOLA!! The best, if you know a little up front A great deal, I got what I needed. However, a little iffy on the service; I got what I needed on the technical side of things to make it work (eventually), but only after a lot of vack and forth. Really though, if you know a decent amount abouts what you are doing up front, this is the way to go
