However, a little iffy on the service; I got what I needed on the technical side of things to make it work (eventually), but only after a lot of vack and forth. Really though, if you know a decent amount abouts what you are doing up front, this is the way to go

windows 10 pro The edition of windows on my computer wasn't clear to me and caused the initial issue of the product key not working. The CS rep worked thru the issue and solved it. Also, when he suggested that i reboot, the key and the windows version updated and brought everything on line. Obviously, his experience was key to my installation success and limiting the amount of time i spent getting it working.

Purchased a Windows Pro upgrade to my old Windows 10 Home and ran into an issue getting the license key to work. Contacted Support and they walked me through the issue and resolved it quickly. I spent a couple of hours trying to… I spent a couple of hours trying to activated the software. The phone number listed for United States answers, tells you to go to help.microsoft.com then hangs up. I found a different number and it too did the exact same thing. Finally I used the volume license phone number and got the MS Office activated. Price was great, activation sucked.
