Purchased a Windows Pro upgrade to my old Windows 10 Home and ran into an issue getting the license key to work. Contacted Support and they walked me through the issue and resolved it quickly. They're quick, courteous and dedicated to getting you up and running!

windows 10 pro The edition of windows on my computer wasn't clear to me and caused the initial issue of the product key not working. The CS rep worked thru the issue and solved it. Also, when he suggested that i reboot, the key and the windows version updated and brought everything on line. Obviously, his experience was key to my installation success and limiting the amount of time i spent getting it working.

Purchasing was as easy, but activation wasn't. Purchasing was as easy as on most websites. There was an almost immediate link to my download, including my set-up key. My only real problem, not only this time but with prior purchases as well, was that I could not activate the Microsoft product on-line. I had to copy down the activation number and then call Microsoft to get a rather long confirmation number to input. This is a difficult, awkward, and time-consuming process that is prone to error. Why doesn't the on-line activation work?
