I ordered a Windows version, the activation key didn't work at first, so I used their onsite chat and the rep told me what to do, I called Microsoft automation and went through the easy prompts and VIOLA!! GBRegistration is possible, the given passwords have never worked The given passwords have never worked, but the instructions on what to do if their provided password doesn't work DOES work. Not very easy to register the office products, but their alternative registration process does work.

GBPurchasing was as easy, but activation wasn't. Purchasing was as easy as on most websites. There was an almost immediate link to my download, including my set-up key. My only real problem, not only this time but with prior purchases as well, was that I could not activate the Microsoft product on-line. I had to copy down the activation number and then call Microsoft to get a rather long confirmation number to input. This is a difficult, awkward, and time-consuming process that is prone to error. Why doesn't the on-line activation work?
