Purchasing was as easy, but activation wasn't. Purchasing was as easy as on most websites. There was an almost immediate link to my download, including my set-up key. My only real problem, not only this time but with prior purchases as well, was that I could not activate the Microsoft product on-line. I had to copy down the activation number and then call Microsoft to get a rather long confirmation number to input. This is a difficult, awkward, and time-consuming process that is prone to error. Why doesn't the on-line activation work?

I ordered a Windows version, the activation key didn't work at first, so I used their onsite chat and the rep told me what to do, I called Microsoft automation and went through the easy prompts and VIOLA!!
