My only real problem, not only this time but with prior purchases as well, was that I could not activate the Microsoft product on-line. I had to copy down the activation number and then call Microsoft to get a rather long confirmation number to input. This is a difficult, awkward, and time-consuming process that is prone to error. Why doesn't the on-line activation work?
