However, a little iffy on the service; I got what I needed on the technical side of things to make it work (eventually), but only after a lot of vack and forth. Really though, if you know a decent amount abouts what you are doing up front, this is the way to go

I ordered a Windows version, the activation key didn't work at first, so I used their onsite chat and the rep told me what to do, I called Microsoft automation and went through the easy prompts and VIOLA!! GBPurchasing was as easy, but activation wasn't. Purchasing was as easy as on most websites. There was an almost immediate link to my download, including my set-up key. My only real problem, not only this time but with prior purchases as well, was that I could not activate the Microsoft product on-line. I had to copy down the activation number and then call Microsoft to get a rather long confirmation number to input. This is a difficult, awkward, and time-consuming process that is prone to error. Why doesn't the on-line activation work?
