CAI wasn’t aware that is so complicated… I wasn’t aware that is so complicated to install the Windows. Normally, one gets the ISO image by downloading and burns it onto a DVD.

GBI spent a couple of hours trying to… I spent a couple of hours trying to activated the software. The phone number listed for United States answers, tells you to go to help.microsoft.com then hangs up. I found a different number and it too did the exact same thing. Finally I used the volume license phone number and got the MS Office activated. Price was great, activation sucked.

GBRegistration is possible, the given passwords have never worked The given passwords have never worked, but the instructions on what to do if their provided password doesn't work DOES work. Not very easy to register the office products, but their alternative registration process does work.
