GBI created a challenge when registering… I created a challenge when registering yhe software. The support staff immediately understood the challenge and registered the software for me. Wish every purchase went as smoothly as this one. This company is GREAT and Responsive. The software works as advertised.

GBPurchasing was as easy, but activation wasn't. Purchasing was as easy as on most websites. There was an almost immediate link to my download, including my set-up key. My only real problem, not only this time but with prior purchases as well, was that I could not activate the Microsoft product on-line. I had to copy down the activation number and then call Microsoft to get a rather long confirmation number to input. This is a difficult, awkward, and time-consuming process that is prone to error. Why doesn't the on-line activation work?

GBGreat customer service rep! The customer service rep ("Angel") stayed with me until she solved the issue. It was an involved and somewhat lengthy process, but she proceeded patiently and professionally until the issue was resolved. Her knowledge of how to solve it was remarkable!

GBI purchased the CD I purchased the CD. When I enter CD key on it, it shows message that key code is ready in use. I chat with supporter and they show me how activate windows. It is simple and i got it. Recommend PC sales Online.
