GBGreat customer service rep! The customer service rep ("Angel") stayed with me until she solved the issue. It was an involved and somewhat lengthy process, but she proceeded patiently and professionally until the issue was resolved. Her knowledge of how to solve it was remarkable!

GBPurchasing was as easy, but activation wasn't. Purchasing was as easy as on most websites. There was an almost immediate link to my download, including my set-up key. My only real problem, not only this time but with prior purchases as well, was that I could not activate the Microsoft product on-line. I had to copy down the activation number and then call Microsoft to get a rather long confirmation number to input. This is a difficult, awkward, and time-consuming process that is prone to error. Why doesn't the on-line activation work?

GBRegistration is possible, the given passwords have never worked The given passwords have never worked, but the instructions on what to do if their provided password doesn't work DOES work. Not very easy to register the office products, but their alternative registration process does work.

GBThe best, if you know a little up front A great deal, I got what I needed. However, a little iffy on the service; I got what I needed on the technical side of things to make it work (eventually), but only after a lot of vack and forth. Really though, if you know a decent amount abouts what you are doing up front, this is the way to go
