GBExceptional Service I live the service. Before embarking g with Starry service. I was with another provider and the price I am paying was roberry. So I compare and best choice was Starry so I came on aboard. Love the speed on this internet service. Not to many hiccups but I like the service. And customer service is excellent. I am talking with someone not a robot. I love the call back they do. Great service overall

GBI like the fact the Installer checked… I like the fact the Installer checked the WIFI on the main computer for me and made it clear when giving me the access information. When I updated my phone and iPad it was simple. The experience was great and it's nice to see old school values in today's companies

GBNOT HAPPY, PRICE INCREASE Starry advertised 30$ internet, no price increases. It has now raised to 45$ per month. When I called to cancel, they were happy to let me go as a customer. They'd rather lose my business completely. I COULD HAVE opted out of this, but apparently I missed the deadline December 12th. BYEEEEE!!!! UPDATE- They offered to drop it 5$ for one year, saying there was nothing else they could do because I missed the deadline. INEXCUSABLE. You'd rather miss out on my business than excusing the fact that I never received the email to begin with??

GBOverall really great for what you pay… Overall really great for what you pay and they have options for affordable upgrades if you need to add better upload speeds. My only gripe is that I have a LAN ethernet connection to my PS5 and it inconsistently drops connection at times which cuts off online gameplay even though it's only for mayb 5-15 seconds
