GBI really had no complaint about my… I really had no complaint about my service I was never down. The only reason I switched was a pricing reason. The government was stopping the affordable act program which would make our bill over $100 so I bundled my phone & internet service. You sent me a return box it was very easy to return anytime I called I got answers. Cost was my only reason to cancel.

He answered all my questions professionally and gave me all other options. I chose to stay with Hughes Net but with a plan that I can afford.
