GBI really had no complaint about my… I really had no complaint about my service I was never down. The only reason I switched was a pricing reason. The government was stopping the affordable act program which would make our bill over $100 so I bundled my phone & internet service. You sent me a return box it was very easy to return anytime I called I got answers. Cost was my only reason to cancel.

GBExtra stuff added to my Bill When I ordered Hughesnet, they told me that it would cost nothing to have anything extra done like a pole put in, but I was charged $50 for that and when I called about it, the lady gave me $10 off for the next two months which I thought was a very nice gesture on her part. I appreciate it very much.

GBYour install technician had a tendency… Your install technician had a tendency to swear which is not appropriate. Your WI Fi booster was supposed to be on payments but was written up due with monthly bill. On the plus side your system works even during storms.

GBI explained to the gentleman helping… I explained to the gentleman helping me, that with the government program ending and it also affecting my Medicaid, that I needed to lower my plan. He answered all my questions professionally and gave me all other options. I chose to stay with Hughes Net but with a plan that I can afford. He is an asset to your company and has Stellar Customer Service Skills.
