Opening Word documents is cumbersome. Opening Word documents is cumbersome. 1-Open Trulyoffice 2-Open new document (even if I'm not needing it) 3-Then open a Word document. At least with MS Word all I had to do was click on it.

I am comfortable with Trulyoffice… I am comfortable with Trulyoffice software, It is familiar and easy to use. Had trouble downloading (obviously Microsoft at work) customer service was quick and efficient,also HUMANS.
