I had a difficult time with uploading… I had a difficult time with uploading the softare. I had to contact the support staff several times and was given the same answer, until I made my last plea with the caveat I will cancel the order and ask for my money back, then I got the direct link for download. All my attempts with the "direct download" would yield to PCloud download which I did in part and then stopped and made my last email for help, at which time I received the link I needed to upload the software.

I was really impressed I was really impressed. The customer service is fast getting back to you, the product was REALLY easy to install and use. The programs are so similar to excel and word there was barely any learning curve. I highly recommend!!!

Proposed Slides Features There's features I'd like to have. For slides, I want to remove the background in pictures. I couldn't find that function. For animations in Slides, I want to change the pivot point on objects and images. Power Point has the first feature I mentioned, but not the 2nd. Adding both would surpass PP capabilities in image manipulation. A 3rd thing, allow images to be skewed, adjusting perspective. If you have 4 corner controls, allow each corner to be moved individually. You could resize portions like a forced perspective. I hope I've described it well enough.

Easy transition from Microsoft to TrulyOffice I selected TO after reviewing the features, price, and reviews. I was not disappointed. TO replicates the Microsoft environment very well for documents and slides (haven't tried sheets yet). Getting up to speed is very quick. I like some aspects of TO user interface better than Microsoft. No contract to sign. And no ads. One problem I encountered was with email back to support. I never received any reply to my mails and when I called the support line, the person said they never received the mails.
