I contacted the Truly help team with… I contacted the Truly help team with some questions. Eric helped me with patience, clarity, and responsiveness. I would wholeheartedly recommend Truly Office and its support team, and I am glad I made the switch.

I was really impressed I was really impressed. The customer service is fast getting back to you, the product was REALLY easy to install and use. The programs are so similar to excel and word there was barely any learning curve. I highly recommend!!!

Frustrated with this organization. I need to talk directly with a representative over the phone. My software is still not working on my iPad Pro. This has been over two weeks now & no response! Give me some respect & courtesy. You took my money & walked away. I think it’s time for me to publicize this as an indication of this company’s pitiful performance.

Truly Office compatibility - excellent I've been using MS Office for a while, using TrulyOffice is very close to it. Enough so, I've cancelled my MS Office subscription and am now using TrulyOffice exclusively. I'm not finding a reason to go back.
