Talking to Bryan.. Talking to Bryan... again. He says other people work for the company too, so I'll just have to take his word for it. Bryan has always been helpful and polite and my problems are always sorted quickly. This past tech support call was an expired license. I just needed to re-input my license key, but I was using the wrong key (the first key I has was problematic, and I forgot there was a second key). Bryan knew right away what the problem was and didn't scold me for idiocy... I appreciate that !! Catch you on the flip side Bryan :)

ZERO INSTRUCTIONS OR GUIDANCE I placed my order and received an invoice with the order number, that's all. There were no download instructions, no instructions at all. There is no means to download this to my computer - someone better figure this out quick and fix it for all potential customers or this company will fail before it really gets started.

Easy transition from Microsoft to TrulyOffice I selected TO after reviewing the features, price, and reviews. I was not disappointed. TO replicates the Microsoft environment very well for documents and slides (haven't tried sheets yet). Getting up to speed is very quick. I like some aspects of TO user interface better than Microsoft. No contract to sign. And no ads. One problem I encountered was with email back to support. I never received any reply to my mails and when I called the support line, the person said they never received the mails.

Great tool Great tool, even better price. Opens and creates MS compatible files. No recurring fees to use the software. My main concern is that there isn’t a cross platform focus. Works great on my MacBook, but there isn’t a version supporting iPad or IOS. I am not always working on my Laptop.

I had problems with the install I had problems with the install. Trulyoffice connected me with a technician by phone, who I gave permission to access my computer. It took him time, but he got through the tangles of my system and got it installed and running as it should! I feel they truly went to extra way to ensure the customer was satisfied!
