Rep was not honest Was told this was the only internet available whatsoever at a new home. EarthLink it was,and paid $80 for nothing, I found a fiber internet that had speeds we required. Canceled order before receiving equipment but still had to pay.

Ready to go fiber!! I actually called by mistake however the gentleman peeped my interest. I told him that I was paying way too much for Spectrum internet and he spoke to me about fiber internet and the prices were amazing to me. he was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions.

You have to Wait a Month for Installation? Why So Long? Marco was very professional. I do want Centry Link to know that they are currently running misleading advertising. When you change your postal address you sign up for mymove.com it states that Centry Link is running a special Free tech installation $129 value and $55 a month. Marco said it expired I think this should be honored because that's how I was referred to Centry Links. A month to get hooked up that's not good. Why does it take a Month for Installation???
