RUDE Customer Service I never leave reviews unless I feel like it's well deserved. That being said... I called to inquire about getting services. In the middle of the conversation something told me to google their reviews. (Since I've never heard of this company.) I read so many BAD reviews after BAD review. We got to the part of getting my information. I told the gentleman I was at work and left my debit card in the car, I will call him later. To be honest I forgot all about calling him back as I kept reading more horrible reviews about terrible customer service. Kind of Ironic after today... The following morning, I received a call from the same gentleman. He wanted to finish adding services at my new address. I apologized and told him I went with Hughes net literally 10 minutes before he called. This man went off on me telling me I made a huge mistake. He could have offered me a better deal etc. So Rude!! He said I should have called him back like I said I would. He was treating me like I owned him this sale. Do yourself a favor and find another provider.

Ready to go fiber!! I actually called by mistake however the gentleman peeped my interest. I told him that I was paying way too much for Spectrum internet and he spoke to me about fiber internet and the prices were amazing to me. he was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions.

Positive Experience The associate who took my call was attentive, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions where I felt confidence to proceed with an order for home Internet service.

On 4-22-24 I called the number for… On 4-22-24 I called the number for Zochnet 877-866-7770 at12:58 PM to give them my new bankcard number to use for autopay and was connected to Ms Shadane and I told her I was trying give Zochnet my new Bank card number. She is trying to help me since phone line hangs up when pressing 4 so I pressed 3 to speak to someone. Hooked me up with Earthlink at $54.95 Here it is after 10 PM on 4-27-24 and still no service with EarthLink
