Fast Service I was in desperate need of internet service. The young lady over the phone was fantastic and fast. My order was taken within 10 mns I had confirmation # to pick up my equipment. Went to store pinellas park and the young man was amazing and had me in and out within 10 mns. Went home , set up equipment, call for activation and had network service within 5 mns. Less than 1 hour of all the above in the happiness camper watching Netflix and exploring the internet. Set up security cameras and all other devices. Thank you to both of these employees and which I had your names to include you. Hope spectrum reaches out to you two and show you this. Spectrum is lucky to have unreplaceable employees with such patient for their jobs and the customers!!
