GBI felt very pressured and I regret… I felt very pressured and I regret signing up with the service through Allconnect. Don't get me wrong, if you want a good lesson in a hard sale, the lady that helped me was very good at that. However, after reflecting on my experience, I wish I had thought about it more because I'm not certain that I got a good deal. There was a lot of pressure and quick talking that occurred while I was signing up, and it seemed that all she cared about was getting the deal closed. After the phone call, I felt more dumb and uncertain rather than confident about my decision. I'm still regretting my decision unfortunately. I think you can do a hard sale while making your client feel good about their decision. This was not my experience.

GBYou have to Wait a Month for Installation? Why So Long? Marco was very professional. I do want Centry Link to know that they are currently running misleading advertising. When you change your postal address you sign up for mymove.com it states that Centry Link is running a special Free tech installation $129 value and $55 a month. Marco said it expired I think this should be honored because that's how I was referred to Centry Links. A month to get hooked up that's not good. Why does it take a Month for Installation???

GBLying The person who sold me the subscription lied to me. I had to call back and it took forever but the girl that helped me said I would not be charged 99.95 for installation. If I am I will sue you. He also did not tell me about the 200 dollar early cancellation fee. His name was Raheem. Minenhle Mkhize helped me and sent me a new email stating the truth.

GBFast Service I was in desperate need of internet service. The young lady over the phone was fantastic and fast. My order was taken within 10 mns I had confirmation # to pick up my equipment. Went to store pinellas park and the young man was amazing and had me in and out within 10 mns. Went home , set up equipment, call for activation and had network service within 5 mns. Less than 1 hour of all the above in the happiness camper watching Netflix and exploring the internet. Set up security cameras and all other devices. Thank you to both of these employees and which I had your names to include you. Hope spectrum reaches out to you two and show you this. Spectrum is lucky to have unreplaceable employees with such patient for their jobs and the customers!!
