the service from beginning to end was awesome i used to do my own computer tweaking, but had a bad headache spell that disabled me and its hard to think at times. the guys at PC Masters walked me through all my many issues, and got me up and running. my laptop was so outdated, slow and almost, can compare to, a bad headache day, but staff and support was patient and knowledgeable. i'm so happy to have my old laptop acting normal again.

Great product & excellent support I purchased a Windows 10 license and was able to get instant chat help to guide me through the process of loading the install software and activate the license.
