Outstanding Customer Service given to me I am not a computer person. When it comes to fixes and updates I need all the help I can get. I found this site to give the best, patient, kind, correct service as I tried to update from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Both customer service reps that helped me during my interaction with PC Masters were great. they are to be commended for the outstanding service they gave me. Jae and Kathleen were just wonderful in helping me understand and follow the steps to do this upgrade successfully. thank you so much! I am a customer for life now!

CD for windows was already used for… CD for windows was already used for another install so windows will not allow me to activate windows with the key code on that windows CD. I will call ya'll again tomorrow for my money back .

Great service and assistance I purchased the instant download of Office 2019 Professional Plus. Although the software was successfully installed, I got problem with Microsoft activation requirement. Great product & excellent support I purchased a Windows 10 license and was able to get instant chat help to guide me through the process of loading the install software and activate the license. I'm very happy with the service and now have an activated Windows 10 license on my pc. My pc won't run Win 11, so Pcmasters saved me from needing to buy a new pc. I'm a very satisfied customer!
