GBSuperb tech advice I needed help with my Windows 10 upgrade and Star gave excellent help. I'm no amateur when it comes to working on a PC, but I was having some minor issues. Star helped in such a way that didn't make me feel foolish or unskilled.

GBthe service from beginning to end was awesome i used to do my own computer tweaking, but had a bad headache spell that disabled me and its hard to think at times. the guys at PC Masters walked me through all my many issues, and got me up and running. my laptop was so outdated, slow and almost, can compare to, a bad headache day, but staff and support was patient and knowledgeable. i'm so happy to have my old laptop acting normal again.

GBCan not get a hold of anyone in… Can not get a hold of anyone in customer service for issuing refunds/returns. Buyer Beware.

CAThe value is there if you work for it Transaction went very smoothly. Download went smoothly. Install went smoothly. But licensing was denied by Microsoft which required time on chat. Then time on the phone with MS. It all worked out eventually but it seemed like to many steps and room for error. Would be better to solve this via chat in one step in house at PC Masters.
