The value is there if you work for it Transaction went very smoothly. Download went smoothly. Install went smoothly. But licensing was denied by Microsoft which required time on chat. Then time on the phone with MS. It all worked out eventually but it seemed like to many steps and room for error. Would be better to solve this via chat in one step in house at PC Masters.

During the activation process the Office install wizard said it had been activated the maximum # of times already so I called Pcmasters support line.
