CD for windows was already used for… CD for windows was already used for another install so windows will not allow me to activate windows with the key code on that windows CD. I will call ya'll again tomorrow for my money back .

the service from beginning to end was awesome i used to do my own computer tweaking, but had a bad headache spell that disabled me and its hard to think at times. the guys at PC Masters walked me through all my many issues, and got me up and running. my laptop was so outdated, slow and almost, can compare to, a bad headache day, but staff and support was patient and knowledgeable. i'm so happy to have my old laptop acting normal again.

Good value Bought Microsoft Windows 10 license. Find t work automatically had to do the phone registration thing. Took some time but in the end it worked and I’m happy I didn’t have to pay big bucks for a license.
