CAThe value is there if you work for it Transaction went very smoothly. Download went smoothly. Install went smoothly. But licensing was denied by Microsoft which required time on chat. Then time on the phone with MS. It all worked out eventually but it seemed like to many steps and room for error. Would be better to solve this via chat in one step in house at PC Masters.

GBOutstanding Customer Service given to me I am not a computer person. When it comes to fixes and updates I need all the help I can get. I found this site to give the best, patient, kind, correct service as I tried to update from Windows 7 to Windows 10. GBReally works, support was super My Windows 10 Pro license code was only $20.00, the cheapest I found, and IT WORKED! Ok, I did have to go through the calling Microsoft to get it activated as it first came back with "License code already in use" but a quick call to Pcmasters support and I had all the info I needed to fix that. This $20.00 license code was perfect as I do actually OWN the Windows 10 Pro I was trying to validate but had moved and lost my original license so this saved me from having to buy a brand new Windows 10 Pro. 10 STARs
