I was able to get reimbursed and I was grateful. Keeping track of documentation is critical though it is very well explained when you sign up. Just follow the instructions.

GBThey Will NOT honor my cliam I bought the insurance policy, for a up coming concert 4 months away, and I now have som finanical hardship come up, so I requested a refund, and they dont like my reason for filing a claim, so they are refusing to honor my claim for which I paid for. SCAMMERS I will NEVER do any business with this place EVER AGAIN
