GBgreat coverage I always end up buying insurance on things and never needing them. This wasn't the case recently as I neared my event and was unable to attend for personal health issues, I was able to get coverage on my tickets.

GBFAST turn around time for my claim… FAST turn around time for my claim refund!! I started the claim on a Thursday, but didn’t have all the necessary documentation yet because it was for a funeral out of town. So Monday I started a new claim because I couldn’t figure out how to find my old one. I submitted all my documents, which is extremely easy and explained well. Within 24 hours my claim was approved and i received an email with instructions on how to process my payment. It was extremely easy and I had the funds in my PayPal account within minutes! (They offer a few ways to accept the funds). This is the 2nd time I’ve had to use Fanshield. The last time was just as streamlined. I’m so thankful to be able to trust a company in this day and age when so many places let us down. Thank you Protecht/Fansheild for not making a bad/sad and costly situation any worse, but actually helping.
