USThis company is a complete scam This company is a complete scam, do not purchase the protection insurance. It only covers certain unexpected events, so if you don't fall under their guidelines, you are completely screwed. They're just like any other insurance company, THEY DON'T PAY, PERIOD! DO NOT waste the extra $20-$30 per ticket these grifters offer you to replace your ticket price in case of unforseen circumstances. They're only there to fleece you out of an extra $100.

USTotal scam You'd think a visit slip from Patient First with my name dated two days before the race showing X-rays were taken, pain medication, foot pain, giving a medical foot boot, and instructions to follow up with an orthopedist would implicitly mean "maybe don't run six miles in the race on Saturday". But because I didn't think to ask for an official doctor's note, the claim is denied. It's not worth it to go back for that now, so these scammers got a few extra dollars from me.

USI protected my hotel stay with…FanShield protection policy I protected my hotel stay with fanshield for an upcoming trip from Texas to Arkansas. The day before and during my travel day, the Texas weather map alerted me of severe thunderstorms, tornado watches and flooding on those days. Under the agreement with FanShield, this policy covered adverse weather that is covered within our agreement. When I contacted them, they wanted proof of road closures, flooding, which I sent in per the route we were going to travel getting to our destination. ALL of the applicable weather maps, weather warnings, even a mapquest image of the route was sent per their request. It wasn't good enough. Suggesting that we start our journey in these warning weather conditions and chance not getting caught in the severe storms all around us, which is ludicrous. Texas storms are unpredictable and my weather radar alerted me about the cautions. BUYER BEWARE. This seems like a scam and logic did not factor into their decision not to honor their agreement with my coverage I purchased.

USQuick refund - Thanks! I bought tickets to Great America in Santa Clara, CA for my friends birthday to celebrate. However, she got sick and so we had to postpone the celebration. Fanshield asked for a doctor’s note proving that my friend was indeed sick. I provided the note this morning via email at 9:11AM and received my money via Venmo at 10:32AM!! If that’s not good customer service, I don’t know what is!
