I was initially pretty upset with this company after I was turned down for my refund due to weather conditions but after further review with the company they refunded me for my trip. Grateful I am very glad I purchased this plan when I bought some very expensive tickets. I ended up getting severly ill and had to cancel an entire trip. I was able to get reimbursed and I was grateful. Keeping track of documentation is critical though it is very well explained when you sign up. Just follow the instructions.
