Total scam You'd think a visit slip from Patient First with my name dated two days before the race showing X-rays were taken, pain medication, foot pain, giving a medical foot boot, and instructions to follow up with an orthopedist would implicitly mean "maybe don't run six miles in the race on Saturday". But because I didn't think to ask for an official doctor's note, the claim is denied. It's not worth it to go back for that now, so these scammers got a few extra dollars from me.

File complaints with fed trade commission, BBB, and the insurance licenses dept(18828928 California lic fanshield number) their headquarters state.. Guys the more you file with the higher depts, someone will look into there business practices. They will change ( run away) there names change or move out of the state.. customers u have the power to stop scams. Spread the word all over the facebook, every internet site. People should not be scammed by fanshield,protecht inc. etc.. We the people!
