USNo issues or complaints with Fanshield…pleasantly surprised! … I had a very positive experience with Fanshield and have zero complaints about my service and refund! I had purchased tickets months ago for a group of 5 at a cost of over $600 and added the Fanshield protection that was offered at the time. Unfortunately something DID come up where we had to cancel all of our travel plans and going to the event. I filed my claim on a Wednesday and submitted my supporting documentation (that they very clearly outlined) along with it. I received a reply almost immediately that I needed one other document, so I submitted the additional piece the same day. I received confirmation that it was being reviewed and I’d hear back within 5 days. The following day (Thursday) I received an email that my claim was reviewed and I would be getting my full refund! Fanshield indicated I would get another email and who it would be from (another company) and the steps would be outlined in that email on how to get my money. The email arrived immediately with three options on how to get my money. I chose Venmo and I had my account credited within minutes. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised how smoothly and easily the process was for my refund. I had zero issues and zero complaints with the service.

USFAST turn around time for my claim… FAST turn around time for my claim refund!! I started the claim on a Thursday, but didn’t have all the necessary documentation yet because it was for a funeral out of town. So Monday I started a new claim because I couldn’t figure out how to find my old one. I submitted all my documents, which is extremely easy and explained well. Within 24 hours my claim was approved and i received an email with instructions on how to process my payment. It was extremely easy and I had the funds in my PayPal account within minutes! (They offer a few ways to accept the funds). This is the 2nd time I’ve had to use Fanshield. The last time was just as streamlined. I’m so thankful to be able to trust a company in this day and age when so many places let us down. Thank you Protecht/Fansheild for not making a bad/sad and costly situation any worse, but actually helping.

USgreat coverage I always end up buying insurance on things and never needing them. This wasn't the case recently as I neared my event and was unable to attend for personal health issues, I was able to get coverage on my tickets.

USGrateful I am very glad I purchased this plan when I bought some very expensive tickets. I ended up getting severly ill and had to cancel an entire trip. I was able to get reimbursed and I was grateful. Keeping track of documentation is critical though it is very well explained when you sign up. Just follow the instructions.

USMadam/Sir Madam/Sir, Our experience with FanShield was greatly enhanced by Natasha P. in Customer Support. She was professional and very helpful. She helped me file my request and when I "snail mailed" the requested documents she tracked them down and submitted them. Because, in part, of her diligence we received a full refund as requested.
