They Will NOT honor my cliam I bought the insurance policy, for a up coming concert 4 months away, and I now have som finanical hardship come up, so I requested a refund, and they dont like my reason for filing a claim, so they are refusing to honor my claim for which I paid for. SCAMMERS I will NEVER do any business with this place EVER AGAIN

FAST turn around time for my claim… FAST turn around time for my claim refund!! I started the claim on a Thursday, but didn’t have all the necessary documentation yet because it was for a funeral out of town. So Monday I started a new claim because I couldn’t figure out how to find my old one. I submitted all my documents, which is extremely easy and explained well. Within 24 hours my claim was approved and i received an email with instructions on how to process my payment. It was extremely easy and I had the funds in my PayPal account within minutes! (They offer a few ways to accept the funds). This is the 2nd time I’ve had to use Fanshield. The last time was just as streamlined. I’m so thankful to be able to trust a company in this day and age when so many places let us down. Thank you Protecht/Fansheild for not making a bad/sad and costly situation any worse, but actually helping.

Total scam You'd think a visit slip from Patient First with my name dated two days before the race showing X-rays were taken, pain medication, foot pain, giving a medical foot boot, and instructions to follow up with an orthopedist would implicitly mean "maybe don't run six miles in the race on Saturday". But because I didn't think to ask for an official doctor's note, the claim is denied. It's not worth it to go back for that now, so these scammers got a few extra dollars from me.

And have so many hoops to jump through and they seemed to find anything or reason NOT to refund. So not a good idea to signup for them. Waste of money. File complaints with fed trade commission, BBB, and the insurance licenses dept(18828928 California lic fanshield number) their headquarters state.. Guys the more you file with the higher depts, someone will look into there business practices. They will change ( run away) there names change or move out of the state.. customers u have the power to stop scams. Spread the word all over the facebook, every internet site. People should not be scammed by fanshield,protecht inc. etc.. We the people!
