GBconstant issues constant issues. they offered me UK landlines and mobiles when i contacted them... and failed to actually give the minutes to me. I've been on with their appalling customer service team - who 'don't take calls' even though I've spoken on the phone with them before. It's been 5 weeks now and still no fix, and they point blank refuse to refund any money once it's paid. Avoid them.

IEI had an issue procuring a number but... I had an issue procuring a number and Mansi from the team was a great help and sorted everything out! She went above and beyond, and did not leave me without letting me know everything that was going on. Great help from her and team, super impressed! Thanks Mansi :)

CAGreat customer support by Viren Great customer support by Viren! I was very pleasantly supprised by the customer support over all; but Viren was exceptionally knowledgable and personable and helped me with a whole range of questions. Support was also very helpful and knowledgeable with the API - which was a pleasant surprise.

GBI work as a consultant on funding and… I work as a consultant on funding and regularly speak with clients on the phone in order to discuss options as well as our program. I can say JustCall is unequivocally the worst VoIP provider that I have ever in my life encountered. They have more regular issues and less fixes for dealing with those issues than I've ever seen. Run as far away from them as you possibly can. Use ANY OTHER PROVIDER. It has been several years that I've had to deal with them at our company and each time I do it takes upwards of 15 minutes off my lifespan.

GBAlmeen deserves a 5* but I've given 4… Almeen deserves a 5* but I've given 4 because my experience with another customer service representative was really poor. My card had expired and I hadn't used the service in maybe half a year. When I went back to reactivate it, I was told to pay the half a year when the number had been deactivated. It did not make any sense to pay for a service I had not received, especially when I was only tied into a rolling monthly contract. For the period the number had been deactivated, I shouldn't be charged. Anyone the first person I spoke to was awful so I put in a cancellation request and he also didn't seem bothered by that. I received an email from Almeen who looked into the issues and resolved everything and I've decided to stay with them for now. He was very receptive to reaching a solution!
