If I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would! They are absolutely awful We wanted to integrate with salesforce and the integration disconnected and broke all the time We would then have to get in touch with their 'support' which is next to useless. They never want to get on a call or provide actual support to get you to the best solution. I then wanted to port my number to another provider and they disconnected my number on the wrong date so I was left with no business number for nearly a week No offer of a refund or compensation for this. I guess the response will be for me to contact their help@ email - there is no point in bothering. Avoid at all costs.

Inbound and Outbound Callings My experience was great after we got to understand each other everything went according to plan. Phillip was able to answer all my question and to fix the problems that I was having and things are good now. Great job Phillip.

Best customer service ever! No matter what the issue is, their customer service is always great! Our whole team speaks highly of how quickly JC responds and gets right to the issue. They even reached out the next day to check in, just to make sure things were running smoothly again. Will always recommend this application to anyone I know who needs phone integration with their business!

constant issues constant issues. they offered me UK landlines and mobiles when i contacted them... and failed to actually give the minutes to me. I've been on with their appalling customer service team - who 'don't take calls' even though I've spoken on the phone with them before. It's been 5 weeks now and still no fix, and they point blank refuse to refund any money once it's paid. Avoid them.

Their support is fantastic! Their support is fantastic! Yes, it is all by chat, but you get real people who are knowledgeable and very pleasant. The system works very well. It is fairly intuitive once you get oriented. Calls are recorded and there is contact management with notes. My only knock is that you need to upgrade plans to get integration with your CRM. As a single user, that means I pay for a minimum of 2 seats. If they just had the option of one user integrations, that would be ideal. I would even pay an add-on $10/month for that feature.
