GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would! They are absolutely awful We wanted to integrate with salesforce and the integration disconnected and broke all the time We would then have to get in touch with their 'support' which is next to useless. They never want to get on a call or provide actual support to get you to the best solution. I then wanted to port my number to another provider and they disconnected my number on the wrong date so I was left with no business number for nearly a week No offer of a refund or compensation for this. I guess the response will be for me to contact their help@ email - there is no point in bothering. Avoid at all costs.

GBBest customer service ever! No matter what the issue is, their customer service is always great! Our whole team speaks highly of how quickly JC responds and gets right to the issue. They even reached out the next day to check in, just to make sure things were running smoothly again. GBI work as a consultant on funding and… I work as a consultant on funding and regularly speak with clients on the phone in order to discuss options as well as our program. I can say JustCall is unequivocally the worst VoIP provider that I have ever in my life encountered. They have more regular issues and less fixes for dealing with those issues than I've ever seen. Run as far away from them as you possibly can. Use ANY OTHER PROVIDER. It has been several years that I've had to deal with them at our company and each time I do it takes upwards of 15 minutes off my lifespan.
