USTheir support is fantastic! Their support is fantastic! Yes, it is all by chat, but you get real people who are knowledgeable and very pleasant. The system works very well. It is fairly intuitive once you get oriented. Calls are recorded and there is contact management with notes. My only knock is that you need to upgrade plans to get integration with your CRM. As a single user, that means I pay for a minimum of 2 seats. If they just had the option of one user integrations, that would be ideal. I would even pay an add-on $10/month for that feature.

PHGreat support as always!! As always, Justcall support is ever ready to assist and help with issues. They respond promptly and I have had no issues as far as support goes.

USThey do not have customer service They do not have customer service. They don't have a number to call. If you have issues, and we have had a few, it's impossible to get them handled quickly. I've told them this multiple times to improve customer service, they don't want to.

GBconstant issues constant issues. they offered me UK landlines and mobiles when i contacted them... and failed to actually give the minutes to me. I've been on with their appalling customer service team - who 'don't take calls' even though I've spoken on the phone with them before. It's been 5 weeks now and still no fix, and they point blank refuse to refund any money once it's paid. Avoid them.
