I was very pleasantly supprised by the customer support over all; but Viren was exceptionally knowledgable and personable and helped me with a whole range of questions. Support was also very helpful and knowledgeable with the API - which was a pleasant surprise.

GBTheir support is fantastic! Their support is fantastic! Yes, it is all by chat, but you get real people who are knowledgeable and very pleasant. The system works very well. It is fairly intuitive once you get oriented. Calls are recorded and there is contact management with notes. My only knock is that you need to upgrade plans to get integration with your CRM. As a single user, that means I pay for a minimum of 2 seats. If they just had the option of one user integrations, that would be ideal. I would even pay an add-on $10/month for that feature.

GBAlmeen deserves a 5* but I've given 4… Almeen deserves a 5* but I've given 4 because my experience with another customer service representative was really poor. My card had expired and I hadn't used the service in maybe half a year. When I went back to reactivate it, I was told to pay the half a year when the number had been deactivated. It did not make any sense to pay for a service I had not received, especially when I was only tied into a rolling monthly contract. For the period the number had been deactivated, I shouldn't be charged. Anyone the first person I spoke to was awful so I put in a cancellation request and he also didn't seem bothered by that. I received an email from Almeen who looked into the issues and resolved everything and I've decided to stay with them for now. He was very receptive to reaching a solution!

GBAVOID!! Extremely poor customer service Extremely poor customer service, they take ages to respond to simple tickets. Theres no one to speak to over the phone and when trying to escalate a problem theres a massive disconnect between the individuals taking your ticket and the developers on the backend. Information is not relayed well between the teams and the time to deal with minor issues is unsatisfactory. Not good for a business which is scaling rapidly. If you cancel your subscription they also block you from many feature’s immediately even though you have paid for the months use
