I was very pleasantly supprised by the customer support over all; but Viren was exceptionally knowledgable and personable and helped me with a whole range of questions. GBThey do not have customer service They do not have customer service. They don't have a number to call. If you have issues, and we have had a few, it's impossible to get them handled quickly. I've told them this multiple times to improve customer service, they don't want to.
