constant issues constant issues. they offered me UK landlines and mobiles when i contacted them... and failed to actually give the minutes to me. I've been on with their appalling customer service team - who 'don't take calls' even though I've spoken on the phone with them before. It's been 5 weeks now and still no fix, and they point blank refuse to refund any money once it's paid. Avoid them.

I had an issue procuring a number but... I had an issue procuring a number and Mansi from the team was a great help and sorted everything out! She went above and beyond, and did not leave me without letting me know everything that was going on. Great help from her and team, super impressed! Thanks Mansi :)

They do not have customer service They do not have customer service. They don't have a number to call. If you have issues, and we have had a few, it's impossible to get them handled quickly. I've told them this multiple times to improve customer service, they don't want to.
