GBAVOID!! Extremely poor customer service Extremely poor customer service, they take ages to respond to simple tickets. Theres no one to speak to over the phone and when trying to escalate a problem theres a massive disconnect between the individuals taking your ticket and the developers on the backend. Information is not relayed well between the teams and the time to deal with minor issues is unsatisfactory. Not good for a business which is scaling rapidly. If you cancel your subscription they also block you from many feature’s immediately even though you have paid for the months use

DESales Dialer changes number country prefix Their feature Sales Dialer has a technical problem where it changes the country code of numbers if the numbers have a certain length. Customer support does not help me and does not solve the problem. Dear Team of Justcall, thank you for your response. However: Where is this mysterious option do prevent the system from automatically adding a +1 to the number? Thank you in advance. Also I was talking to customer support for days while they always ensured "no, your system is not calling an american number". I already suspected this and customer service ridiculed me for this.

GBWorking with the JustCall.io support team, I know they will resolve any question I might have. Working with the JustCall.io support staff is always a pleasure. They are very prompt in trying to address any question that I might have and when they cannot address my question, they pull in the right support team who can. They communicate promptly as well.

GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would! They are absolutely awful We wanted to integrate with salesforce and the integration disconnected and broke all the time We would then have to get in touch with their 'support' which is next to useless. They never want to get on a call or provide actual support to get you to the best solution. I then wanted to port my number to another provider and they disconnected my number on the wrong date so I was left with no business number for nearly a week No offer of a refund or compensation for this. I guess the response will be for me to contact their help@ email - there is no point in bothering. Avoid at all costs.
