GBThey do not have customer service They do not have customer service. They don't have a number to call. If you have issues, and we have had a few, it's impossible to get them handled quickly. I've told them this multiple times to improve customer service, they don't want to.

I was very pleasantly supprised by the customer support over all; but Viren was exceptionally knowledgable and personable and helped me with a whole range of questions. GBconstant issues constant issues. they offered me UK landlines and mobiles when i contacted them... and failed to actually give the minutes to me. I've been on with their appalling customer service team - who 'don't take calls' even though I've spoken on the phone with them before. It's been 5 weeks now and still no fix, and they point blank refuse to refund any money once it's paid. Avoid them.
