GBThey do not have customer service They do not have customer service. They don't have a number to call. If you have issues, and we have had a few, it's impossible to get them handled quickly. I've told them this multiple times to improve customer service, they don't want to.

GBTheir support is fantastic! Their support is fantastic! Yes, it is all by chat, but you get real people who are knowledgeable and very pleasant. The system works very well. It is fairly intuitive once you get oriented. Calls are recorded and there is contact management with notes. My only knock is that you need to upgrade plans to get integration with your CRM. As a single user, that means I pay for a minimum of 2 seats. If they just had the option of one user integrations, that would be ideal. I would even pay an add-on $10/month for that feature.
