I was very pleasantly supprised by the customer support over all; but Viren was exceptionally knowledgable and personable and helped me with a whole range of questions. GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would! They are absolutely awful We wanted to integrate with salesforce and the integration disconnected and broke all the time We would then have to get in touch with their 'support' which is next to useless. They never want to get on a call or provide actual support to get you to the best solution. I then wanted to port my number to another provider and they disconnected my number on the wrong date so I was left with no business number for nearly a week No offer of a refund or compensation for this. I guess the response will be for me to contact their help@ email - there is no point in bothering. Avoid at all costs.
