IEI had an issue procuring a number but... I had an issue procuring a number and Mansi from the team was a great help and sorted everything out! GBAVOID!! Extremely poor customer service Extremely poor customer service, they take ages to respond to simple tickets. Theres no one to speak to over the phone and when trying to escalate a problem theres a massive disconnect between the individuals taking your ticket and the developers on the backend. Information is not relayed well between the teams and the time to deal with minor issues is unsatisfactory. Not good for a business which is scaling rapidly. If you cancel your subscription they also block you from many feature’s immediately even though you have paid for the months use
