GBGrateful for AllState I was very stressed out with the notification that my ssn was used to attempt to open up a bank account in Georgia. The Allstate agent was able to guide me through all of the steps and I felt supported the entire time. I am grateful that he was knowledgeable and prompt with all of the tasks that he did to take care of the problem.

GBI was notified of alerts regarding… I was notified of alerts regarding medical. I never received an emailed to change my password. This request was on your end and I am still waiting for a response. I just submitted my review, automatically received a code so I can submit this review, not for the other listed above.

INIrony Ironically, Allstate Identity protection regularly sends me emails about identity security that are intended for someone else. There doesn’t seem to be any mechanism to correct this. To me, this is a just a minor annoyance but their client probably wouldn’t like that they’re sending her information to strangers.

GBBest service!!! Account was opened in my name and I was notified immediately. The person I worked with walked me through everything. Was on the line when I had to contact the bank. She also followed up with me every two weeks until everything was resolved. This service is worth its weight in gold!!!

CAI certainly hope the protection plan is… I certainly hope the protection plan is better than your communication. 5 weeks after review I get a canned response. I have serious doubts about the company I picked for my protection. It seems like a startup program that doesn’t know what it is doing.
