GBUnable to give 0 stars During the period I had AIP my bank account was tampered with. My Wife caught that and had it corrected thru our bank. Additionally during the period I had AIP, our company provided wellness program was hacked and our personal info including our SSIs were compromised. Yet every month AIP reported all was good. I made it a point to cancel this worthless service.

GBYour website sucks Your website sucks. I’ve tried logging multiple times on both my phone and laptop. Every time I sign in it immediately says there is an error and to try again in a few minutes. FIX IT!

GBThe rep was very knowledgeable and… The rep was very knowledgeable and patient. He sent me written instructions to follow, and stayed on the line with me while I completed the freezing of my credit reports on 4 different sites. We did a 3-way call with a rep from Bank of America to find out exactly what had been attempted using my information, and confirmed that the offender was unable to complete setting up a checking account. I felt much better about having been targeted after working with the rep. I wish that I remembered hiw name to give him some personal kudos!
