GBHelp is on the way Someone opened a credit card under my info. I honestly wasn't sure where to start. The process to open a case was as simple as it possibly could be and I was immediately assigned an advocate to walk me through the appropriate steps. It did take some work and a lot of time but I was confident in the process and was elated when I received the letter that the debt had been cancelled and no further action was required. I learned a lot but the help from Brandon kept the stress down. I think we all could use less stress.

GBYour website sucks Your website sucks. I’ve tried logging multiple times on both my phone and laptop. Every time I sign in it immediately says there is an error and to try again in a few minutes. FIX IT!

GBThe rep was very knowledgeable and… The rep was very knowledgeable and patient. He sent me written instructions to follow, and stayed on the line with me while I completed the freezing of my credit reports on 4 different sites. We did a 3-way call with a rep from Bank of America to find out exactly what had been attempted using my information, and confirmed that the offender was unable to complete setting up a checking account. I felt much better about having been targeted after working with the rep. I wish that I remembered hiw name to give him some personal kudos!
