Jordan was incredible Jordan was incredible and put me at ease. He helped me through each step of the process of shutting down any attempts to use my identity and followed up on any open cases. He called credit card companies and AT&T with me to help get things sorted out and figure out next steps. I am so grateful I had him helping me through this -- he helped me avoid a nervous breakdown!

Immediate notification of identity theft Without this service, I wouldn't have known that someone stole my identity and tried to set up a bank account. The rep was great and we had this shut down immediately and she sent me great info to prevent other uses of my identity.

I was notified of alerts regarding… I was notified of alerts regarding medical. I never received an emailed to change my password. This request was on your end and I am still waiting for a response. I just submitted my review, automatically received a code so I can submit this review, not for the other listed above.

Thank you to Allstate Identity Protection Ms. Ana was an asset in my identity theft case. She was kind, empathic and professional when working with me and the company who made the incorrect derogatory filing to my credit reports. She called me several times to check the status and, it was with her assistance and recommendations for escalation the issue was quickly resolved. I plan to share this experience with my company who offers this program to its employees.
