Text messages do NOT get successfully… Text messages do NOT get successfully sent to Canadian phone numbers when individuals are out of country. We are snowbirds but the app does not allow us to put a “1” in front of our phone number. When the alternative method of sending the security code via email is used once the code is entered it immediately asks you to send the code send via text message….so needless to say it just becomes an unsuccessful frustrating experience!

Your website sucks Your website sucks. I’ve tried logging multiple times on both my phone and laptop. Every time I sign in it immediately says there is an error and to try again in a few minutes. FIX IT!

Help is on the way Someone opened a credit card under my info. I honestly wasn't sure where to start. The process to open a case was as simple as it possibly could be and I was immediately assigned an advocate to walk me through the appropriate steps. It did take some work and a lot of time but I was confident in the process and was elated when I received the letter that the debt had been cancelled and no further action was required. I learned a lot but the help from Brandon kept the stress down. I think we all could use less stress.

I was notified of alerts regarding… I was notified of alerts regarding medical. I never received an emailed to change my password. This request was on your end and I am still waiting for a response. I just submitted my review, automatically received a code so I can submit this review, not for the other listed above.

I certainly hope the protection plan is… I certainly hope the protection plan is better than your communication. 5 weeks after review I get a canned response. I have serious doubts about the company I picked for my protection. It seems like a startup program that doesn’t know what it is doing.
