GBImmediate notification of identity theft Without this service, I wouldn't have known that someone stole my identity and tried to set up a bank account. The rep was great and we had this shut down immediately and she sent me great info to prevent other uses of my identity.

GBText messages do NOT get successfully… Text messages do NOT get successfully sent to Canadian phone numbers when individuals are out of country. We are snowbirds but the app does not allow us to put a “1” in front of our phone number. When the alternative method of sending the security code via email is used once the code is entered it immediately asks you to send the code send via text message….so needless to say it just becomes an unsuccessful frustrating experience!
