GBHelp is on the way Someone opened a credit card under my info. I honestly wasn't sure where to start. The process to open a case was as simple as it possibly could be and I was immediately assigned an advocate to walk me through the appropriate steps. It did take some work and a lot of time but I was confident in the process and was elated when I received the letter that the debt had been cancelled and no further action was required. I learned a lot but the help from Brandon kept the stress down. I think we all could use less stress.

She was kind, empathic and professional when working with me and the company who made the incorrect derogatory filing to my credit reports. She called me several times to check the status and, it was with her assistance and recommendations for escalation the issue was quickly resolved. I plan to share this experience with my company who offers this program to its employees.

GBUnable to give 0 stars During the period I had AIP my bank account was tampered with. My Wife caught that and had it corrected thru our bank. Additionally during the period I had AIP, our company provided wellness program was hacked and our personal info including our SSIs were compromised. Yet every month AIP reported all was good. I made it a point to cancel this worthless service.

CAI certainly hope the protection plan is… I certainly hope the protection plan is better than your communication. 5 weeks after review I get a canned response. I have serious doubts about the company I picked for my protection. It seems like a startup program that doesn’t know what it is doing.
