As someone that uses PDF documents on a daily basis, I'm glad to have found such a reliable solution. Additionally, the customer support team has proven to be helpful at all times. I would highly recommend Nitro to anyone looking for an efficient and professional tool for PDF document management.

GBGreat product Lovely product, that works well. The bells and whistles are missing in my opinion with customisations that need you to upgrade - I have asked how, but still waiting for an answer

GBCustomer Service was hard to reach AND SLOW TO RESPOND. Customer Service was hard to reach. It was frustrating not knowing how to contact. Very disturbed that I was sent a promo to try another version and when 10-day trial period expired I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY VERSION! I did finally hear from NITRO rep who was helpful, but I needed access faster than the slow response so I PAID TO UPGRADE MY VERSION.

GBNitro support was very helpful Nitro support was very helpful. Old computer died, and I have used Nitro most every day for years. Quick fix for the new computer was to install the new version for a 14 day trial. I liked some improvements in the new version and support helped me with the upgrade I qualified for. Very good program, would like the copy and paste to be more like the old but with the stability of the new.
