USUnanswered Questions... Unanswered Questions.... I had to purchase a new computer and could not move my license. I tried to use the help, or should I say unhelpful link, that just kept running me in circles. Ultimately, I gave up and bought another license, only to end up with the same issues I had to begin with related to the program having to restart each time I opened a new document.

USUseless, because I can't access my serial number I purchased this product a week ago, but I can't use it because I never received my serial number. The tech support's response to my email messages have simply been telling me to set up my account, but the links I have been sent to do this simply result in 404 errors or, in one case, being told that I am not authorized to access it because I am not the Team Administrator. Naturally this is my individual product - I have no team
