Logged in each time and it keeps telling me I need a SN when support told me I didn't for this version...keep getting auto-support. I need to use this to get my work done. help

Your customer support is deficient. Over time you will lose. I had version 3 installed and working well until my computer went on the blink. It was still under warranty so a replacement was supplied. Data was reinstalled but not so applications. When attempting to reinstall Nitro (updated in 2022) following procedure, serial number was never recognised and no response from support. Had to buy version 4 but feel having been had.

Not a Satisfied Customer I do not find any where that I can speak to a person with my questions. There is no customer service that I have experienced. All transactions were done in the system. I have quite a few questions, but have no ide where there is a phone number, name of the company is not Nitro, it is a 3rd party vendor. 610-331-9610 is my phone number. I would love to recommend Nitro to my business partners, however, when I cannot contact the company other than in an email, I would not recommend. The tech support's response to my email messages have simply been telling me to set up my account, but the links I have been sent to do this simply result in 404 errors or, in one case, being told that I am not authorized to access it because I am not the Team Administrator.
