BBNon Existent Customer Service Tried to move my 2-year old Nitro Pro license to my new laptop. Deactivated the old license but cannot re-activate it on the new computer. Customer Service is TOTALLY NON EXISTENT! On the website they send you from one page to the next without the possibility of contacting them. You have to insert your license number which they claim is not valid. A polite message posted on their community forum is deleted by the moderator. It seems to me they do not want to honour Nitro Pro licenses and want you to buy a new license. Will use an alternative, never again Nitro!

CAYour customer support is deficient. Over time you will lose. I had version 3 installed and working well until my computer went on the blink. It was still under warranty so a replacement was supplied. Data was reinstalled but not so applications. When attempting to reinstall Nitro (updated in 2022) following procedure, serial number was never recognised and no response from support. Had to buy version 4 but feel having been had.

PKReview of PDF nitro as an academic researcher I am a researcher and a University academician. I use PDF nitro on daily basis. PDF nitro is the best PDF software available and I must say it is very easy to use and utmost user-friendly. It has great features for me as a researcher. When I send some research paper and get a galley proof of that paper. Then PDF nitro is most valuable software which I can rely on. I must recommend it for all my research fellows.

GBGreat product Lovely product, that works well. The bells and whistles are missing in my opinion with customisations that need you to upgrade - I have asked how, but still waiting for an answer

GBWay better value than Adobe Been using Nitro for a few years, I only need basic PDF editing and their software does everything I need for a fraction of Adobe's prices. Definitely recommend!
