Need Export to PDF for Security, Credit and Eviction Check Reports One feature will need to be updated ASAP. We need to have way for export to PDF Security, Credit and Eviction check reports. By low we will need provide the copy to applicant but in most of cases results of the report are not print friendly ( has tree structure which cannot be show all leaves at ones) Example of this report can be security report with several violations - you will not able to print all info of violations in ones . Please work on export to PDF these 3 reports in simple table structure with clear print friendly records

Rentredi staff are always incredibly… Rentredi staff are always incredibly responsive to my needs. I never have a problem they can't help me solve within 5-10 minutes. Their software is also incredibly intuitive and constantly being improved week by week, and month by month. The Rentredi platform if a "force multiplier". Rentredi is the perfect app for landords and tenants Rentredi is the perfect app for landlords and tenants. I manage several properties with different bank accounts. The setup is super easy and the interface very convenient. Its also very easy to install and use for tenants. Now its all automated and I have nothing to do, the rents being wired to my bank accounts.

WORST APP I'VE EVER USED!!!! My landlord started using rentredi around September of 2023. Everything went smoothly until March of 2024. Our rent would not go through with auto pay no matter how many times we tried (even after going through "Leomen" on chat - which I learned is EVERYBODY'S name on their chat). I submitted March's rent by direct transfer from my bank to my landlord's bank. I kept getting emails all through March telling me my rent was late from rentredi. I told my landlord and she was able to fix it on her end. I am STILL unable to set up auto pay because NOW rentredi says I owe $245.11 (for what, I don't know) and until that's paid, I can't use auto pay. MY LANDLORD DOES NOT CHARGE LATE FEES, so what is the extra $245.11 on my rent tab? What is it for if my landlord doesn't charge late fees? It's not utilities because that's paid through another account. I'm guessing rentredi charges late fees behind the landlord's back??? Are there hidden fees that consumers are unaware of??? Is rentredi scamming people??? And their chat button is a JOKE. Don't use them unless you got all day to sit around and WAIT for them to decide to respond and then end the conversation when THEY'RE done (problem NEVER getting solved). This is the WORST app by far that I've EVER encountered and I've encountered a few shady apps. I would not recommend rentredi to ANYONE and I'm about to talk my landlord into finding a BETTER landlord/tenant friendly app besides this garbage app.

Excellent customers service. This is by far the best company around. We’re using RendRedi for a number of buildings the past 3 maybe 4 years. You guys are amazing, and we are so glad this service exists. Money deposited in our accounts exactly as indicated. All of Our tenants are more than happy to use RentRedi, no tenant had an “issue” since we started using this company. Customer reps answer any and all questions within minutes. We will continue to use RentRedi for many years to come.
