GBExcellent customers service. This is by far the best company around. We’re using RendRedi for a number of buildings the past 3 maybe 4 years. You guys are amazing, and we are so glad this service exists. Money deposited in our accounts exactly as indicated. GBAlways Issues with the Payment Processor Once again this year, I'm having difficulty with the payment processor providing 1099's correctly. The RentRedi agents haven't been very helpful in resolving the issue. They continue to suggest I send a new W-9, which isn't going to push Propay into doing anything. Last year it took 4 months to resolve the issue, and so far after 2 weeks, no resolution in sight.

GBOne Property I have one property, so I just need a simple way for my tenant to make payments from their phone, and set up recurring payments. Rent Redi does a good job with this, and the few times I’ve called for tech support they’ve solved my problem right away!
