Excellent customers service. This is by far the best company around. We’re using RendRedi for a number of buildings the past 3 maybe 4 years. You guys are amazing, and we are so glad this service exists. Money deposited in our accounts exactly as indicated. All of Our tenants are more than happy to use RentRedi, no tenant had an “issue” since we started using this company. Customer reps answer any and all questions within minutes. We will continue to use RentRedi for many years to come.

We love the app We love the app! We have cancelled our property management agreement, the app allows us to effectively and efficiently self manage our properties. It also saves us $14,000+ per year in management fees. The tenants love the ease of using the app as well. The cost is affordable for small business . It has been a win, win for everyone!

Rentredi is the perfect app for landords and tenants Rentredi is the perfect app for landlords and tenants. I manage several properties with different bank accounts. The setup is super easy and the interface very convenient. Its also very easy to install and use for tenants. Now its all automated and I have nothing to do, the rents being wired to my bank accounts.

WORST APP I'VE EVER USED!!!! My landlord started using rentredi around September of 2023. Everything went smoothly until March of 2024. Our rent would not go through with auto pay no matter how many times we tried (even after going through "Leomen" on chat - which I learned is EVERYBODY'S name on their chat). I submitted March's rent by direct transfer from my bank to my landlord's bank. I kept getting emails all through March telling me my rent was late from rentredi. I told my landlord and she was able to fix it on her end. I am STILL unable to set up auto pay because NOW rentredi says I owe $245.11 (for what, I don't know) and until that's paid, I can't use auto pay. MY LANDLORD DOES NOT CHARGE LATE FEES, so what is the extra $245.11 on my rent tab? What is it for if my landlord doesn't charge late fees? It's not utilities because that's paid through another account. I'm guessing rentredi charges late fees behind the landlord's back??? Are there hidden fees that consumers are unaware of??? Is rentredi scamming people??? And their chat button is a JOKE. Don't use them unless you got all day to sit around and WAIT for them to decide to respond and then end the conversation when THEY'RE done (problem NEVER getting solved). This is the WORST app by far that I've EVER encountered and I've encountered a few shady apps. I would not recommend rentredi to ANYONE and I'm about to talk my landlord into finding a BETTER landlord/tenant friendly app besides this garbage app.

This makes collecting rent much easier… This makes collecting rent much easier for me as well as creating automated late fees to be paid by the tenant if necessary. It also helps me to keep track of expiring leases that need to be renewed of updated. Best bang for the buck!
