GBRentredi is the perfect app for landords and tenants Rentredi is the perfect app for landlords and tenants. I manage several properties with different bank accounts. The setup is super easy and the interface very convenient. Its also very easy to install and use for tenants. Now its all automated and I have nothing to do, the rents being wired to my bank accounts.

GBRent Redi has jacked us around for… This company has jacked us around for over two months now. The renter paid the $3,400 deposit, I had inadvertently entered something wrong on the account information, it was returned. I could not correct on my own, Rent Redi had me send a copy of an actual check to make sure it would be transferred into the correct account. After numerous "chats" I have gotten nowhere and the money has disappeared. They keep saying that the money was transferred, but to where????? I am sick and tired of this company. I have the renter directly depositing now and no issues there, but RentRedi sends the renter past due notices daily. This company is a major ripoff. Avoid RentRedi at all costs! Ongoing issues, I don't know if we will ever get the deposit money back. If I ever get the $3,400 I will cancel this sorry company from my life. Biggest mistake ever!!! The date of my NEGATIVE experience, goes back two months now. If I could give zero stars I would. Footnote: As of yesterday, 3/20/2024, after two months of "chatting and emailing', there was a solution. RentRedi finally shared the trace number of the transaction on 3/19, I went to the bank, and they were able to locate the funds, the issue has now been resolved. After two months, it ended up being a relatively easy solution.

GBOne Property I have one property, so I just need a simple way for my tenant to make payments from their phone, and set up recurring payments. Rent Redi does a good job with this, and the few times I’ve called for tech support they’ve solved my problem right away!

GBThe app is super user friendly The app is super user friendly, the tutorials are comprehensive and chat messaging is responsive and helpful. Where improvement can be had is in *more freedom to email residents in the app and include non residents (parents, co-signers, etc) *Easier way to apply lump sum payments and spread out automatically *Easier way to send people to apply for a vacant, without having to be specifically invited to apply

GBWORST APP I'VE EVER USED!!!! My landlord started using rentredi around September of 2023. Everything went smoothly until March of 2024. Our rent would not go through with auto pay no matter how many times we tried (even after going through "Leomen" on chat - which I learned is EVERYBODY'S name on their chat). I submitted March's rent by direct transfer from my bank to my landlord's bank. I kept getting emails all through March telling me my rent was late from rentredi. I told my landlord and she was able to fix it on her end. I am STILL unable to set up auto pay because NOW rentredi says I owe $245.11 (for what, I don't know) and until that's paid, I can't use auto pay. MY LANDLORD DOES NOT CHARGE LATE FEES, so what is the extra $245.11 on my rent tab? What is it for if my landlord doesn't charge late fees? It's not utilities because that's paid through another account. I'm guessing rentredi charges late fees behind the landlord's back??? Are there hidden fees that consumers are unaware of??? Is rentredi scamming people??? And their chat button is a JOKE. Don't use them unless you got all day to sit around and WAIT for them to decide to respond and then end the conversation when THEY'RE done (problem NEVER getting solved). This is the WORST app by far that I've EVER encountered and I've encountered a few shady apps. I would not recommend rentredi to ANYONE and I'm about to talk my landlord into finding a BETTER landlord/tenant friendly app besides this garbage app.
