About RentRedi

RentRedi is property management software that transforms the way you manage your rentals. For landlords, RentRedi provides an all-in-one dashboard so you can collect rent online, list & market properties, screen tenants, sign & store leases, and manage maintenance. You can also add teammates for free and have unlimited units and tenants! Our partnerships with Latchel & REI Hub enable RentRedi to offer our customers additional services like maintenance coordination & rental property accounting software! For tenants, RentRedi’s mobile app allows them to pay rent, report on-time rent payments to credit bureaus, prequalify & apply, get renters insurance, and submit maintenance requests—all from the palm of their hand. CEO Ryan Barone began developing the RentRedi mobile app. However, as he met with more landlords, the difficulties of the renting process became more obvious. It was clear many of the hurdles landlords encountered while managing their rentals could be streamlined with the use of technology for landlords. What started as a mobile application app for tenants had developed into a sleek, comprehensive dashboard built for landlords by landlords. Now, RentRedi is an all-inclusive landlord-tenant app that helps landlords go mobile and manage rentals from wherever, whenever!

Great for automating the rental process I have been using RentRedi for several years now because they are the most cost effective for all the tools they include with their service. RentRedi puts themselves as the center of the equation in that there's not the monthly case of tenants coming and asking for their rent to be late (yet again) because they help you: 1. Do a better process of vetting your potential tenants. 2. Set up auto late fees in several different configurations which makes late fees a known event that happens without negotiations each month. 3. Keep track of which units leases are expiring and your overall tracking of all of your units monthly income. Overall, I like that they are continually improving the product to make it even more useful, which shows that they care about their product and customers.

Payment System Delays Payment system for tenants has a long delay period. Tenants once rent is paid, normally see transaction/money withdrawn from account 4 to 5 days after transaction has been made by tenant. This process needs too occur alittle faster for tenants while accounts have funds available.

They are horrible They are horrible! Every month like clockwork I get an email from RentRedi stating 3 of my past tenants bank drafts has failed! I haven’t used RentRedi for quite sometime but yet they still continue to try and draft from past tenants bank accounts. This should be against the law! Your bank account is your lifeline! I have written numerous emails and complaints telling them to stop only to be told to go on to the app and request to cancel! I don’t have or use the ap anymore!!!! I have called the phone number they have listed left several messages with no calls back. They act like want to help but they do nothing. Horrible horrible horrible!!!

Rentredi staff are always incredibly… Rentredi staff are always incredibly responsive to my needs. I never have a problem they can't help me solve within 5-10 minutes. Their software is also incredibly intuitive and constantly being improved week by week, and month by month. The Rentredi platform if a "force multiplier". They make my current staff more efficient and effective and as my rental portfolio grows, my costs do not! I love Rentredi. Caleb Landlord / Property Owner

Rent Redi has jacked us around for… This company has jacked us around for over two months now. The renter paid the $3,400 deposit, I had inadvertently entered something wrong on the account information, it was returned. I could not correct on my own, Rent Redi had me send a copy of an actual check to make sure it would be transferred into the correct account. After numerous "chats" I have gotten nowhere and the money has disappeared. They keep saying that the money was transferred, but to where????? I am sick and tired of this company. I have the renter directly depositing now and no issues there, but RentRedi sends the renter past due notices daily. This company is a major ripoff. Avoid RentRedi at all costs! Ongoing issues, I don't know if we will ever get the deposit money back. If I ever get the $3,400 I will cancel this sorry company from my life. Biggest mistake ever!!! The date of my NEGATIVE experience, goes back two months now. If I could give zero stars I would. Footnote: As of yesterday, 3/20/2024, after two months of "chatting and emailing', there was a solution. RentRedi finally shared the trace number of the transaction on 3/19, I went to the bank, and they were able to locate the funds, the issue has now been resolved. After two months, it ended up being a relatively easy solution.
