GBUnresponsive to problem with order Ordered photoshop, was sent an email with the link to download, which asks for a serial number i was not provided. Numerous calls were unable to be answered. Multiple emails went unanswered. Finally, one response said “i’ll look into this” with no further reply. Over a week with zero correspondence.
