They are scammers. - 'Bought' an Office 2021 licence - The licence key was displayed immediately on the website after the purchase. - It turns out that licence key is already used, probably the one that everybody is shown. - Never received an email with the licence details. - Never received a response after contacting them. That message you sent on their website just disappears into the void. In short, they take your money for something that almost sounds to be too good to be true but not crazy outrageous. However, they indeed just take your money, i.e. rob you off your money, steal from you but never deliver a product or service. Scammers, criminals, whatever you want to call them.
