GBThe technical help was excellent The technical help was excellent. The first time I attempted to order the program shut down, the screen said an error had occurred. Just to let you know, no order was made. So I exited the website. I went in again and ordered the software download again and this time it gave me a receipt of the transaction. I went in to my bank account and noticed I had been charged twice. Charges were for the first time I attempted to order even though on the computer it claimed an error had occurred. The second charge was confirmed buy my receipt. If I get a refund for the alleged first order this experience would be a 5 star review!

GBLack of communication when order didn’t… Lack of communication when order didn’t have a license which was purchased with product. Lack of communication when the company doesn’t have a valid number. Software hub owes me refunds on both products and now I have to go through my credit card company to resolve rather than software hub help resolve the issue

GBAWESOME pricing!!!!!!!! I couldn't pass up the AWESOME pricing on Office Pro+. Now that I am divorced and I no longer qualify for my Ex-Wife's Teacher discounts any longer, this was ultimately the next best deal. This site is a must buy for all your software needs.

GBAs others state: scammers, robbers, criminals. As others state: believe the 1-star reviews. Anything else is written by the company. They are scammers. - 'Bought' an Office 2021 licence - The licence key was displayed immediately on the website after the purchase. - It turns out that licence key is already used, probably the one that everybody is shown. - Never received an email with the licence details. - Never received a response after contacting them. That message you sent on their website just disappears into the void. In short, they take your money for something that almost sounds to be too good to be true but not crazy outrageous. However, they indeed just take your money, i.e. rob you off your money, steal from you but never deliver a product or service. Scammers, criminals, whatever you want to call them.
