GBI purchased Software program I purchased Software program, Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus for Windows x 2 for a cost of $75.98 plus $5.03 tax for a total of $81.01. One of the Product keys did not work, had already reached its maximum number of installs. an obvious used product. The other one only allowed 1 install. This company is an obvious scam. Do not purchase any products from them. They refused to refund my purchase amount for a product that doesn't work and is used already.
