Software hub owes me refunds on both products and now I have to go through my credit card company to resolve rather than software hub help resolve the issue

GBPerm- License MS Office 2021 + MS 365 Suite… Permanent- License MS Office 2021 Suite for PC was accurately described and priced reasonably. Download & installation instructions were clear. License key worked. Launching the individual programs in the suite was a bit tricky. There was no option for selective installation of individual programs but un-needed programs could be deleted after suite installation.
