Multiple emails went unanswered. Finally, one response said “i’ll look into this” with no further reply. Over a week with zero correspondence.

STAY AWAY Wish I had read reviews, Absolute waste of money. I bought a MS OFFICE and key worked for 2 weeks and then it asked me to activate again, I knew that point, I wasted, However, I contacted support, I got another key, That did not work, Sent proof, No ANSWER. Also, it stated it will bind to my ms account. it did not. So, don't waste 30-40$ of your hard worked money.
