Win 10, download and DVD The directions for the most part did not work, the codes wouldn't activate until I unplugged my internet. Getting to the pro version was more of the same and require the regular win 10 codes, alot of time spent through trial and error. In the end I did manage to get what I paid for

I placed an order for Adobe Acrobat… I placed an order for Adobe Acrobat 2020 Pro. I never received the key code. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times and have not had any response. I guess I will have to reach out to my bank to retrieve my money back. This is a horrible company, and I suggest to anyone considering ordering from them NOT.

I would give them a ZERO if I could I would give them a ZERO if I could, what out when purchasing the MS Project 21 as they don't mention in the advertisement that you can't install the program if you have any Open License Products or O365/M365 on your machine until after you make your purchase. Then when you try to contact the via phone or through their support link you can't get ahold of them or a refund. Total RIP-OFF!!!!

Windows 10 Home Edition 64-bit OS. I had on my laptop Windows 8.1 OS. I have ordered DVD Windows 10 Home Edition 64-bit operating system. The installation was easy and smooth. I didn't have any issues during installation. After installation I was able to update my Windows 10 Home Edition. Thank you very much!
