GBI wanted to buy a legitimate Windows OS I wanted to buy a legitimate Windows install. Shop Software Keys advertises faulty giving the impression you receive a genuine original Microsoft product. They show boxes and packaging. In the mail you will get a no brand USB with a print out of an email with your product key. Feels very gray market. The USB was also corrupt and failed 5 times at 94%. I had to spend a couple hours on a Sunday troubleshooting online and then worked out how to create another Media file and finally get it done. I would recommend to use another company if you are after an original product. The price they charge is full retail anyway, so there is no reason to buy your windows from them.

GBSHOP SOFTWARE KEYS IS A SCAM! SCAM ALERT! This company is fraudulent. They bait and switched me with a different product than what I purchased. My multiple attempts to call and e-mail were never returned and there was no option for a refund or return.

GBThis company is completely fraudulent… This company is completely fraudulent and unsurprisingly racist. I reached out to request a refund and received no response. Finally after using the chat option in the site, they claimed I would need to wait to receive the item and then return it. I informed them the order should’ve never been sent and I had sent emails and left voicemails on their fraudulent customer service line. I asked why could the package not be rerouted back to the warehouse as done with most companies and the got very rude and unprofessional. The chat agent then said my name and stated “I bet you’re black” & “go back to where you came from” which is beyond juvenile and plain idiotic. I will be reporting them to the FTC and starting a class action for anyone who would like to join.
