USThrow Your Money Away Here!!!! This "company" is Ryan Garrido living in his mothers basement in Locust Grove Virginia stealing money from everybody who places an "order". I ordered a hot tub in July of 23. Nothing but delays, always going to be shipped "next month". No refunds, he now has stopped responding to me. His website shows he is Better Business Bureau accredited, but he has a rating of F. Total scam, going to have to resort to legal action. His website lists a company address of 500 Westover Dr. in Sanford NC which is a mailing forwarding service called Traveling Mailbox LLC. I only gave him a 1 because zero wasn't an option.

USThis company is a rip off. I ordered a hot tub over a year ago. I never received it. Called and texted several times to get either a refund or the tub. I was assured of getting one or the other and I have not. I am out $360. This company is a rip off. I kept calling, kept emailing. Nothing. I d give them less than one star if I could.

RYAN keeps sending emails saying I’ll get it and never do!!Now he has blocked me from sending him Emails…But Karma its going to get YOU dont play with peoples hard working money Trust me on That!!

USBEWARE! BEWARE! I ordered a product six months ago. After being told it was on backorder and requesting a refund, I have followed up five times by email, once by chat, and three attempts by phone (all going to voicemail). The Director of Operations returned my first emails but has now refused to respond. My next step is the Better Business Bureau and small claims.

USStolen Money We have yet to have our bounce house delivered after sending payment back in October, with a communicated delivery for a week and a half. It was then communicated that it was on backorder and would not be delivered until the end of November. When we reached out to the company to discuss the status, (very long story short for review purposes) we did not feel confident any longer that we were purchasing from a trusted source any longer and requested a refund. At first, this request was ignored. Then after showing proof of purchase, sending in disputing screens shots (website vs. what was being communicated, etc), we were told they would go ahead and process the refund. It is now almost February and we have yet to receive any additional communication, refund, or the bounce house. Unfortunately, it is looking like we will need to take further action on this, but would not recommend anybody purchasing from this company.
