GBSCAMMERS... wish I would have seen these reviews first!! Ordered a slip n slide ( after confirming via their online chat) that item was in stock and ready to ship. Paid online, then received email saying wouldn't be ready to ship until June. I called and spoke to Genesis- she advised she cancelled order and would refund card in 24-48 hrs and I'd receive a confirmation email. Never received email. Still haven't received refund. Received email from Ryan asking about another, larger, more expensive item that is for sure in stock. I agreed, then they messed up the 2nd invoice. I've called Ryan numerous times( never available and never has called back) and emailed ( Ryan also.. if he's even a real person!) and no response since my latest email 3 days ago. I'm filing a complaint with the California Attorney General's office and Consumer complaint dept along with calling my credit card company and reporting this charge as fraudulent! Unbelievable company. I don't know how they are still in business scamming people daily!

GBWorst company and customer service… Worst company and customer service there is took my product 3 months to get to my house and I had to reach out to them to get updates I got the product a week after my event which sucked I had asked to cancel the order and they didn’t care and still sent it so I got stuck with a product I didn’t want anymore

GBI would give them less than 0 if i… I would give them less than 0 if i could!. 1. Had to pay thru klarna 2. No email ever received after order 3. Never answered multiple emails, phone calls, and chat messages. 4. NEVER received item. Klarna makes u contact company..but company never responds. Continuing to try and contact. Since November

GBStolen Money We have yet to have our bounce house delivered after sending payment back in October, with a communicated delivery for a week and a half. It was then communicated that it was on backorder and would not be delivered until the end of November. When we reached out to the company to discuss the status, (very long story short for review purposes) we did not feel confident any longer that we were purchasing from a trusted source any longer and requested a refund. At first, this request was ignored. Then after showing proof of purchase, sending in disputing screens shots (website vs. what was being communicated, etc), we were told they would go ahead and process the refund. It is now almost February and we have yet to receive any additional communication, refund, or the bounce house. Unfortunately, it is looking like we will need to take further action on this, but would not recommend anybody purchasing from this company.

GBCustomer Service was amazing We had an issue with the purchased item being out of stock. Customer service reached out and helped with suggestions to replace the out of stock one. Super helpful and supportive. We even got an extra gift of balls for the problem! Appreciate the support.
