GBSCAMMERS... wish I would have seen these reviews first!! Ordered a slip n slide ( after confirming via their online chat) that item was in stock and ready to ship. Paid online, then received email saying wouldn't be ready to ship until June. I called and spoke to Genesis- she advised she cancelled order and would refund card in 24-48 hrs and I'd receive a confirmation email. Never received email. Still haven't received refund. Received email from Ryan asking about another, larger, more expensive item that is for sure in stock. I agreed, then they messed up the 2nd invoice. I've called Ryan numerous times( never available and never has called back) and emailed ( Ryan also.. if he's even a real person!) and no response since my latest email 3 days ago. I'm filing a complaint with the California Attorney General's office and Consumer complaint dept along with calling my credit card company and reporting this charge as fraudulent! Unbelievable company. I don't know how they are still in business scamming people daily!

GBDo not buy from this company, ever! Do not buy from this company! They'll tell you the extended delay was caused by the manufacturer due to supply chain issues when in fact they didn't even order it from them? I placed an order for an infrared sauna and nothing happened for a week. It took days for the owner Ryan to return my email blaming the manufacturer. I found it suspicious and called the manufacturer and found out he never placed an order with them. Subsequent emails went unanswered and I had to open up a dispute with my credit card company. Don't fall for their generous discount since you'll never see your item delivered!

GBShipped a broken product Ordered an over the picnic table tilting canopy for camping in the Spring received order 4 months later broken inside Box. Contacted the company to report and was told I had to take a million pictures and jump through hoops for a broken spot Weld that holds the clamp to the table. Welded it back together myself and called it good. Was not worth the time or the energy product quality was passible

GBBEWARE! BEWARE! I ordered a product six months ago. After being told it was on backorder and requesting a refund, I have followed up five times by email, once by chat, and three attempts by phone (all going to voicemail). The Director of Operations returned my first emails but has now refused to respond. My next step is the Better Business Bureau and small claims.

GBFRAUDULENT - I ordered a Barrel Sauna worth $5,500… I ordered a Barrel Sauna worth $5,500 that was suppose to be ready to ship immediately back in March. A few days later I got the same email from Ryan that other reviewers mentioned. He was stating that my "Hot item" had gone in backorder and that it will not be shipped until May 30th as they not longer have it in stock. I asked for it to be canceled and the money refunded. Its almost the end of May and still no refund, Ryan stopped answering my emails and I have called the office and not one knows anything and he is never there. This company uses clickbait, completely false advertising. This place is a scam Please stay away.
