To the seller, Ryan, I say to him, “Failing to keep your word is not good for your business. You are not only breaking your own agreement/policy, you are misleading your customers.” He approved my refund, agreed to issue me a refund within 5 business days, and then went back on his word. I’ve communicated with him via email several times, each time with an excuse. Not cool, man!
