I am happy with the product and would recommend to others. Bounce house water slide was shipped in new condition with no damage during shipping. It has seen regular use for kid's birthday parties and is a real hit. The bounce house seems ruggedly constructed with good materials, and seems like it will last for a reasonably long time. I am happy with the product and would recommend it to others.

Throw Your Money Away Here!!!! This "company" is Ryan Garrido living in his mothers basement in Locust Grove Virginia stealing money from everybody who places an "order". I ordered a hot tub in July of 23. Nothing but delays, always going to be shipped "next month". No refunds, he now has stopped responding to me. His website shows he is Better Business Bureau accredited, but he has a rating of F. Total scam, going to have to resort to legal action. His website lists a company address of 500 Westover Dr. in Sanford NC which is a mailing forwarding service called Traveling Mailbox LLC. I only gave him a 1 because zero wasn't an option.

Birthday gift to our son in Texas. A birthday gift to our son in Texas was sent promptly and arrived on time. The gift was well received and used for Halloween. Everyone loved the Devil Minnon especially our grandson who had to make sure he was okay before going to bed every night.

Customer Service was amazing We had an issue with the purchased item being out of stock. Customer service reached out and helped with suggestions to replace the out of stock one. Super helpful and supportive. We even got an extra gift of balls for the problem! Appreciate the support.

If there was a zero star rate I'd give If there was a zero star rate I'd give! The customer service is horrible! Ordered a product over 2 months ago still not received. Try to speak to a human and no one calls you back even when you specifically ask for a human to return your call. All communication is back and forth useless email that accomplishes nothing. The human rep who answers the phone pleasantly tells you with honey dripped apologies apologies from his lips that he's so sorry he can't help you but someone will email within 24-48 hrs. Don't fall for there pleasantries and snazzy website. They suck!
