USI would give the seller zero stars if I… Customer service sucks and seller was not true to his word regarding issuing me a refund. I would give the seller zero stars if I could. To the seller, Ryan, I say to him, “Failing to keep your word is not good for your business. You are not only breaking your own agreement/policy, you are misleading your customers.” He approved my refund, agreed to issue me a refund within 5 business days, and then went back on his word. I’ve communicated with him via email several times, each time with an excuse. Not cool, man!

It has seen regular use for kid's birthday parties and is a real hit. The bounce house seems ruggedly constructed with good materials, and seems like it will last for a reasonably long time. And when my hot tub stopped working after 5 months, I just sent them an email with a photo and they processed a claim on my behalf and had a new one, with tracking information, sent from the manufacturer in less than 2 weeks. I was impressed.
