GBDropshipping Scam Beware Financed a bounce house that was in stock ready to ship in June through Ryan, signed leasing agreement and paid document fees to be told afterwards that the bounce house could not be manufactured until the end of the year now. It has been over a month with no resolution and little to no responses by email or phone with Ryan. They have received $2,298 from the leasing company and I have now made a payment on a product I have not received. Dropshipping scam beware!

GBOrdered a pergola cover in August 2022… Ordered a pergola cover in August 2022 and was told its backordered for a bit. Contacted them again almost a year later and told the same thing. Then asked for a refund and that had taken over 4 months and still nothing. 🙄

GBFRAUDULENT - I ordered a Barrel Sauna worth $5,500… I ordered a Barrel Sauna worth $5,500 that was suppose to be ready to ship immediately back in March. A few days later I got the same email from Ryan that other reviewers mentioned. He was stating that my "Hot item" had gone in backorder and that it will not be shipped until May 30th as they not longer have it in stock. I asked for it to be canceled and the money refunded. Its almost the end of May and still no refund, Ryan stopped answering my emails and I have called the office and not one knows anything and he is never there. This company uses clickbait, completely false advertising. This place is a scam Please stay away.

GBBEWARE! BEWARE! I ordered a product six months ago. After being told it was on backorder and requesting a refund, I have followed up five times by email, once by chat, and three attempts by phone (all going to voicemail). The Director of Operations returned my first emails but has now refused to respond. My next step is the Better Business Bureau and small claims.

GBI would give the seller zero stars if I… Customer service sucks and seller was not true to his word regarding issuing me a refund. I would give the seller zero stars if I could. To the seller, Ryan, I say to him, “Failing to keep your word is not good for your business. You are not only breaking your own agreement/policy, you are misleading your customers.” He approved my refund, agreed to issue me a refund within 5 business days, and then went back on his word. I’ve communicated with him via email several times, each time with an excuse. Not cool, man!
