Amazing all round service used the service frequently for at least a year now, mostly for about 3 months at a time. Great customer support, great prices, and just a great experience using it for the most part. Also flexible around what the server can host, can change what game is hosted with a click of a button. well worth the price.

Caleb the one who became my chat support is so responsive! each and every question I had in mind he replies instantly, helped me a lot, whether be sales, tech, codes, or FAQ. Hands me a lot of guide or links to make it an easier job for me. then told me it would take like 20 minutes, but then after purchasing, just 3 minutes then it's up and running. and my ping is crazy low compared to other services i've tried. and everything went so smooth! Amazing tech help I had an issue switching my server between two types. When I opened the help chat and posted my issue, it was less than 10 seconds before the representative messaged me back with a troubleshooting question. He had my server switched over and running in under 5 minutes. Best tech help I've ever had.

Fast setup, good pricing and great support Really fast and effortless to set up an own game server! From buying a subscription to having the server running maybe 5 minutes? The server panel is great, they use the Pterodactyl management which is really easy and intuitive to use even for beginner. Had one configuration issue, the support via chat is mad fast, got an answer in less than 20 seconds. Pricing is also great, especially for smaller game servers which a lot of other hosters don't even offer. All around a very good experience, I will stay as satisfied customer for now!
