Astounding Customer Support I found AleForge while searching for options for a modded terraria server. Hands down the best server hosting site i've seen. When I was unsure about something in the server's files someone would be there to help me. Usually in 30 seconds. I was blown away by the customer service, and highly recommend AleForge to anyone who wants to try their hand at running a server, wether you are new to server hosting or expierenced.

Top notch experience The online chat was well manned, a human being got back to me right away, and stayed on until my problem was solved - jumping in and making sure my Terraria game was set up properly, and helping me get things working on my computer at home. Top notch.

Amazing support, easy to set up Hosting is great (only lost service once) and support is FANTASTIC. The only way it loses a star is the FAQ, while helpful, are fairly brief and could use a lot more topics. For instance on our Terraria server we didn't know how to create a server and choose Corruption/Crimson. We were told to create the world outside of the server then import it using the FAQ about using our own world. However, what that doesn't explain is that by doing that, it will use the Difficulty that was set on your imported world, NOT the difficulty set in the Aleforge control panel. So we had to wipe our world after a few days of playing and try again.

Caleb is the MVP! I might be saying it's too early to judge, but damn! Caleb the one who became my chat support is so responsive! each and every question I had in mind he replies instantly, helped me a lot, whether be sales, tech, codes, or FAQ. Hands me a lot of guide or links to make it an easier job for me. then told me it would take like 20 minutes, but then after purchasing, just 3 minutes then it's up and running. and my ping is crazy low compared to other services i've tried. and everything went so smooth! Looking forward to upgrade our server after a few days of trying out their service. Caleb my man! You deserve to be one hell of an employee of the century!
