Amazing support, easy to set up Hosting is great (only lost service once) and support is FANTASTIC. The only way it loses a star is the FAQ, while helpful, are fairly brief and could use a lot more topics. For instance on our Terraria server we didn't know how to create a server and choose Corruption/Crimson. We were told to create the world outside of the server then import it using the FAQ about using our own world. However, what that doesn't explain is that by doing that, it will use the Difficulty that was set on your imported world, NOT the difficulty set in the Aleforge control panel. So we had to wipe our world after a few days of playing and try again.

Amazing tech help I had an issue switching my server between two types. When I opened the help chat and posted my issue, it was less than 10 seconds before the representative messaged me back with a troubleshooting question. He had my server switched over and running in under 5 minutes. Best tech help I've ever had.

Fast setup, good pricing and great support Really fast and effortless to set up an own game server! From buying a subscription to having the server running maybe 5 minutes? The server panel is great, they use the Pterodactyl management which is really easy and intuitive to use even for beginner. Had one configuration issue, the support via chat is mad fast, got an answer in less than 20 seconds. Pricing is also great, especially for smaller game servers which a lot of other hosters don't even offer. All around a very good experience, I will stay as satisfied customer for now!

I find only one issue with the site I find only one issue with the site. When loading a terraria world the far right side is cut off leaving a huge missing chunk where important biomes are supposed to spawn. Its the far right 100 blocks i believe. Otherwise its amazing. Edit: the world did this during creation. It was not uploaded it was made by the server
