GBpurchased life time membership purchased life time membership, and they have not gone back on their word. but still have to log in to "renew" the subscription. As of recently apparently "In the Tech life industry 5 years refers to lifetime" James from the live chat support was able to help me with my TRUE lifetime renewal.

GBIvacy is great and customer service rep Mason is Awesome! I've been using Ivacy for several years and it has always just worked. I've only had one minor issue but Mason on their live chat was very helpful and easy to work with and got the problem resolved in about a minute.
