GBPurchased in 2019 as lifetime… Purchased in 2019 as lifetime subscription. Terms and conditions mentioned having to extend before the end of 5 years. Just extended again and was quick and painless. Talked with agent Mason who was able to extend my subscription asap without any pain VPN itself is decent - not as feature rich as ExpressVPN or Nord but for the price point does the job and is available on multiple platforms including Smart TVs.

ATI purchased a lifetime membership via… I purchased a lifetime membership via stack social and just had to extend it, since you have to renew it every 5 years. I talked to James and he was super helpful and is extending my membership. Very happy with the customer service.
