I had one issue with my account that I could not figure out but I contacted James at their tech support. He was awesome to deal with and got me all straightened out in nothing flat. AUSigned up for lifetime subscription on 27 April 2019 Signed up for lifetime subscription on 28 April 2019, and just had it expired on 27 April 2024. I reached out to their support and James responded. He extended my subscription for another 5 years, no questions asked. Great support and VPN service! Love the support and the VPN Service. GBpurchased life time membership purchased life time membership, and they have not gone back on their word. but still have to log in to "renew" the subscription. As of recently apparently "In the Tech life industry 5 years refers to lifetime" James from the live chat support was able to help me with my TRUE lifetime renewal.

ATI purchased a lifetime membership via… I purchased a lifetime membership via stack social and just had to extend it, since you have to renew it every 5 years. I talked to James and he was super helpful and is extending my membership. Very happy with the customer service.
