AUSigned up for lifetime subscription on 27 April 2019 Signed up for lifetime subscription on 28 April 2019, and just had it expired on 27 April 2024. I reached out to their support and James responded. He extended my subscription for another 5 years, no questions asked. Great support and VPN service! Love the support and the VPN Service.
