I wasn't sure if it was believable back in 2019 that it can be extended by reaching out to their support. Here we are in 2024, I reached out to their support and James responded. He extended my subscription for another 5 years, no questions asked. Great support and VPN service!

I had one issue with my account that I could not figure out but I contacted James at their tech support. He was awesome to deal with and got me all straightened out in nothing flat. Purchased in 2019 as lifetime… Purchased in 2019 as lifetime subscription. Terms and conditions mentioned having to extend before the end of 5 years. Just extended again and was quick and painless. Talked with agent Mason who was able to extend my subscription asap without any pain VPN itself is decent - not as feature rich as ExpressVPN or Nord but for the price point does the job and is available on multiple platforms including Smart TVs.
